We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Perspexis subscription. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payments provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Contact our support team from your dashboard and we'll start the refund for you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Perspexis settings or via Paddle, and your access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
