1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of Perspexis ("Perspexis", "we", "our", "us"), a founder operating system that helps you measure and reduce operational drag. By creating an account or otherwise using Perspexis, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age and, if signing up on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Perspexis, including not to:

• use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, denial-of-service);
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service;
• circumvent technical limits or feature gates.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Perspexis within the plan you have subscribed to. We retain ownership of the software, content, branding, and all related intellectual property.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you input into Perspexis. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. AI features

Perspexis uses AI to generate insights, playbooks, and recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied on as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for any decisions you make based on them. Do not submit content you do not have rights to use.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Perspexis available but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may schedule maintenance, change features, or release updates at any time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using Perspexis at any time. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window, after which it may be deleted.

10. Warranties and liability

Perspexis is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Perspexis against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of Perspexis after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
